Constant problems with this washing machine: · regularly leaks · damages clothes

Waste of money, it broke down within 16 months of using it. To my bad luck I didn’ get to register for the 2years warranty as I’ve unwrapped and seen the label only when we’ve finished renovation and was over 90 days, but hey who will expect a washing machine to last less than 2 years?! I’m using my 20£ hairdryer twice a week, as often as the washing machine with the difference that I’ve got the hairdryer for 7 years now think that says all about this washing machine.

2 months old and leaked, had to rip up brand new flooring in the kitchen to get rid of water. DO NOT BUY!!!

Make sure you get warranty! First one kept blowing its fuse every time we started a cycle, engineer came out to ‘fix’ the problem but could find no cause. Then the door stopped auto locking to enable a cycle to start, another engineer fixed this only for it to stop again within a few days. Engineer came again, fixed again then within 3 hours stopped working again. Washing machine was replaced like for like, worked fine for a year, and has now started switching itself off 10 minutes into a cycle and has to be turned on/off at plug to come back on again. Currently awaiting investigation on this issue. When it works it’s good!

Not impressed. Regret purchasing.

Came damaged awaiting replacement

The product delivered and installed for £80 extra. Come to use it and it doesn't work. It starts up, starts to wash then flips into standby, you restart and it does exactly the same again. 6 hours to do a 20 minute wash. Called the manufacturer who told me to switch off take the plug out for 2 hours and try again. Which I did and the same happened.. Its Christmas eve, I ring back and they are closed. Merry Christmas, my brand new washer is defunked and my washing is piling up for Christmas ??

Sent back as it was the wrong size. But it looked cheap. The handle was razor sharp on the inside.
