Suds pouring out of the drawer, drum far too full of suds for the amount of washing liquid used. Not impressed and still waiting for an engineer to evaluate or fix

Tbh, not terribly happy with this product. I have had it fitted properly and is completely level. When using the machine vibrates so violently when in spin mode that it crashes in to the adjacent units have to hold it to stop it when it hots the spin point of the wash

The washing machine has not been fitted properly and is vibrating causing problems with the other fitted appliances. It seems misaligned. The appliance itself appears to clean laundry adequately

We've had our washing machine in use for just over a week and done about 8 loads of washing and every time it has foamed from the soap box. We use washing capsules which gonstraight into the tub so we haven't overloaded it with any type of detergent. We have turned the water pressure down and used fabric conditioner but we keep having the same problem. It's such a shame and very disappointing.

There are a few things with this machine i’m really disappointed with. firstly the quick wash is only for 2kg , all other washes are 2.5hours minimum. That’s not cost effect when my last machine which was 7 years old did a 55min wash absolutely fine. who washes for 2.5 hours today? and for all washes unless it’s cotton which is 3.5 hours ! secondly it’s the smallest conditioner drawer ever and when you pour the conditioner in it disappears completely so i don’t even think it gets added to the wash as there is little smell. finally the washing pods get stuck in the rim. i bought this as someone recommended it to me but i wouldn’t recommend if your looking for a quick wash solution.

Noisy not as I expected, cause it is suppose to have inverter motor. Also expensive

It's OK but too loud. Sometimes I feel that my kitchen platform door will come off. Apart from that it does its job.

Good machine for the cost. You get what you pay for. It’s not the quietest machine, but good washing and clothes come out clean and fresh. Sometimes clean water retains in the liquid detergent drawer after the cycle has finished, but I’ve been told this is normal. Overall happy with this machine
