Ordered this washing machine and it was delivered a couple of days later. Delivery drivers were helpful. It was easier to plumb on myself, but I did have difficulty undoing the bolts on the back which hold the drum. All in all, easy purchase, good delivery and great product.

I have been really impressed with the machine so far. It has a nice wide opening for loading the washing. The machine is also very quiet. It has a handy feature where you can reduce the running time of the machine without affecting the quality of the wash. I’ve found this really good as the most frequently used cycles are all over 2 hours long on their normal running setting. The drawer slides nice and easily in and out for adding the fabric softener. Overall a very good buy.

Really please with the machine, is quiet as advertised and can barely hear the noise from the utility room even when the house is quiet. Large drum to accommodate the 10 kg loads, perfect for a family of five and easy to install and use.

Very good washer for the price. Has a lot of washing cycles which you can change the spin and temperature. The 28 minute quick wash is handy. The only concern I do have is the door handle looks like it may snap off if you don't open it exactly where the latch is as the handle is several inches long. Only had the washer a week so see how we go. If plumbing it in yourself the water pipe connector has to be pulled out to click or it won't fit on your house water pipe. Nice smart looking machine.
