Great machine works really well and super quiet!

Lovely washing machine, loads of space in drum, great for short washes, good variety of useful programs. lovely and quiet, very happy with purchases, fast delivery, would recommend.

Obviously it's really annoying to have to shell out on a new washing machine, but the day comes to us all. This one has a good, big drum, perfect for generously sized loads and looks like it will even fit a duvet. Love the 28 minute wash cycle, lots of alternative cycles available and most of them customisable in terms of temperature, spin rpm, and speed of wash. Only had it a couple of weeks so far, which seems a little early for a review, but that's the way the world works now. Would give 5 stars but I find it a bit uglier than I expected (the black selector knob in middle of the white front seems jarring). However, this is me being picky because nobody expects a washing machine to be a thing of beauty. Ask me again in 10 years time and if it's still going strong I shall be happy.

Great machine, does what I want, simple to use

We’ve had this for a week now and it’s great. We are a family of 6 so I do washing every day. It’s quiet, has all the functions needed and more and is affordable! We got our previous washing machine from AO and have stuck with Beko (all of our kitchen appliances are Beko as they are very reliable) AO are fab. They aren’t just competitive on price but give the best service. Fast delivery. Very friendly helpful delivery people especially during this difficult time of COVID and very good customer services. I honestly can’t fault the machine or the service provided by AO. Highly recommend both and will definitely be shopping here in the future. Thank you!!

Great washing machine very easy to use and very quiet

I run a B&B so was looking for a larger capacity machine - this has made a big difference having the 10kg (as opposed to 6kg) so if you have a big family, I can certainly recommend. So far, machine does what descriptions say. Would have preferred to have a shorter cycle for those 'daily washes' rather than minimum 2 hours (other than the 28 minute quick cycle which it has but this does not quite achieve the deeper clean I want). Quiet enough machine for most part but when taking in water it is noisy and have gone into the utility a couple of times to see if there was a problem! There is a duvet wash which is great and can comfortably fit a single 13.5 tog into drum. Different washes easy to see on dial as I din't want anything too space age that needed a degree to programme the wash. Only had it a week so cannot comment on longevity but I feel confident that if there is a problem, AO will do their best to resolve it.
