Faulty after day 1. AO were spot on but Beko less so and can't get an engineer out!

Machine stopped working properly after approximately 12 weeks. Beko after sales service is appalling. They want to replace parts for a machine that is only 12 weeks old - oh and they don't have those parts in stock so we have now been without a fully functioning washing machine for a further 4 weeks. Apparently they only replace their faulty goods if they stop working in the 1st month. I will never buy Beko again. My advice - stay well away

This machine was really loud, like a jackhammer when it hit spin. We suspect there was something fundamentally wrong as it failed completely after three days.

In addition to the spin cycles being incredibly noisy (similar to a plane taking off right next to you), the front and side walls of the Beko machine are so thin and flimsy that the sides rattle against the internal parts during the spin cycle and the front of the machine bulges in and out when the machine is washing a full load (we do not overfill our machine at all). Everything about this machine is disappointing. We wish we'd never bought it.?

How on earth did this washing machine get so many positive reviews? It's the noisiest, most inefficient washing machine we have ever owned. Whilst on a washing cycle, yes it is very quiet. However, once it is draining or spinning, you'd better leave the house or invest in ear defenders. It is absolutely ridiculous. At first we thought it was faulty so AO exchanged it. The second one was slightly better (the dreadful whining had gone), but it is still unbearable. Goodness knows how people cope with it in an open plan setting, or even in their kitchen. We have ours in a large cupboard in our bathroom. Even with all doors closed, you have to cover your ears or get put the house! The side walls of the machine are extremely thin, and as such, the internal engine and drum rattle furiously against them during the spin cycle. As the spin increases in speed, it gets worse. The sound is like a plane engine at full throttle about to take off. The 1400 spin isn't avaiable on all the wash settings. Even after a 1400 spin, heavier items such ad jeans and towels were still wet and required another spin (not very energy efficient given the the energy rating of the spin cycle is only a B!). We previously had a Beko, which was fairly old, but so much quieter. I can only think they must be using cheaper materials now to save money. If you are looking for a quiet spinning machine which spins very efficiently, I would not recommend this machine at all. You get what you pay for it seems! Lesson learned.

Disappointed. Not up to the standard of our previous Belo machine which we enjoyed for over 6 years. The soap powder drawer did not close flush with the machine front and the machine was very noisy and vibrated when on full spin . We have asked for a replacement .

Screw for hindge door come out after 3 washes

Washes well most preset programs are 2hours or more quick wash 38 minutes. Large drum. Sounds like chinooks, yes a couple of them landing in your kitchen. Avoid.
