Not so happy with this product. Works fine but the instructions are very sparing which is frustrating when trying to cook something. Have had other makes of microwave which I much prefer for ease of use.

The washing arrived on time and was exactly as. I ordered. Fitting the machine was simple, however, the doumentation (user manual) is poor. The documentation indicated that a drum clean should be conducted prior to a clothes wash, this was Not achievable as the machine would not respond correctly. Phoned up for support but they did not have a clueless. The machine is working well in the simple settings we choose.

I bought the product based on the information that it's quiet, but that isn't true. Yes, the capacity is good, beautifully fits in and easily installed even it says "delivery and installation included". Overall, it's working, but definitely not quiet.

Washing machine seem to be decent and very quiet when working apart from the spin cycle when especially on lower spin the whole machine seems to be making loads of noise and shakes rapidly. Legs were adjusted twice and the problem seem to be better but not solved. No one also tell you that there will be permanent water residue left after every wash on the bottom of drum sealant - more than any other washing machines I had in the past. AO engineer told me that's the brand thing. Would be good to know up front? Team who did fit my washing machine left me with quite bad leaking problem from the brand new hose pipe - engineer called couldn't believe that they couldn't fit it properly. I have washing machine only like a week then can't say much more yet.

Seems good. Clothes wash efficiently. I like the fast cycle option. The timer function is a bit clunky. Why is doesn't show hours and minutes I don't know. It's a pity there isn't a 50 degree option too.

The size of the drum is big which is of course the main factor of buying this machine however, it is noisy and every cycle is so long! Each cycle is two times or more longer than my previous Hoover brand washing machine. (For example: Cotton cycle was 58 minutes on Hoover but 2hrs 14mins on this Beko one). I didn't read the reviews and regret buying this. I don't recommend it due to the long cycles.

Washes well and is quieter on a spin compared to my last machine. Is not a 1400 spin though as clothes not as dry as a 1200 spin on my previous machine water collects in the rubber seal and needs to be dried after each wash. Transit bolts were on really tight,had to get a neighbour to get them off for me and was not as easy as the Beko video showing how to remove them.

I have always had Beko washers but this one is no were near as good as my old one and I would be very surprised if it lasts ten years.The door is a poor design and you cannot do a thousand spin on it, even on a twelve hundred spin the clothes are still quite wet. The only good thing is it washes clean, Iwould not have got rid of my old 11kgBeko but the programmer was going on it, also its noisy compared to my old one.
