The actual washing machine works well and is quiet but the delivery was delayed from the original date, which I didn't mind since they said they would refund the delivery charge but then they never did.

Generally OK but the drawer doesn't open very much so getting powder in is a struggle.

On eco mode it took 3 hours to wash 7 white shirts. We've done 4 washes on eco mode so far and all have taken over 2.40 mins. Not really impressed . Still yet to try the other settings.

Nice looking washer,,most of the time it's silent running but on the quick cycle it makes the most awful noise when spinning begins to wonder if there is a problem with it. Would not buy again for this reason

First 10’washes made awful sound like drum was broken but has settled down now ! Seems to wash well and now it has got over teething problems all fine

Brought in haste as I needed a washing machine quickly. Taken me some time to get used to it but on the whole I am satisfied with it. Plenty of programes to choose from could do with a beep or something to let you know the programe has finished wish there was a programe for washing rugs.

I’m afraid I will have to give a middle of the range review on this occasion due to issues with the washing machine. Ordering, delivery and registration for warranty provided absolutely no issues. On using the machine on the first occasion and then subsequently we had issues with the use of softener. It appears that the machine just doesn’t accept softener during the wash period. I researched all issues and FAQs on the AO and BEKO website and it would appear that this is a common issue. I then contacted the guarantee hotline to register the machine and highlighted the issue with the softener with the receptionist and they confirmed that this was a known issue with this appliance. Shame I didn’t know this originally as I may not have purchased the machine. I am currently awaiting the engineer to attend to diagnose the issue with the machine.
