Total rubbish, I would not have this washer again, if it was free. Leaks from drawer, beko engineer came out twice and said can't really use most of the washes only the 30 and 40 wash otherwise if you put more then 2.5ml of washing gel it foams up and this is what causes the leak through the drawer, never heard of a washing machine that has about 10 programs but you can only use 2. Beko customer service useless tried to say it was fitted wrong at first but the beko engineer said that it was fitted fine! We now hand wash stuff then wash them through on 30/40 wash as any high just leaks. Until this heap of junk breaks more I'm stuck with it Ao.com were no help either as they said they can't do anything except pass it to beko . Really thought Ao would be better at customer service but I've now learnt my lesson! And has now put me totally off purchasing with them!

This was a replacement for a month old machine of the same type and, after less than one week, is already needing an engineer to inspect it.

Very long programmes and the washer weighs the load so it is always a different time. A bit strange but I guess I will get used to it.

It does not spin well even on 1400 rpm

The length of the cycle isn't displayed which is odd so you don't know when the cycle will finish. The only 30 degree wash option is a 'quick wash' which is ridiculous when most clothing companies and washing liquid/ powder companies are encouraging us all to wash at 30 rather than 40. Our old machine packed up and we needed something quickly but I think we'll be upgrading this machine as soon as we can! Really disappointed.

Pretty good for the price but a digital display of time remaining would be better

Its ok but not up to the usual Beko standard. The door is quite light and you're never sure if its shut tight or not. The press buttons are also flimsy and you have to press hard to make contact. Washes clothes fine and they come out quite dry.

Takes 4 to 5 hours to dry clothes even on highest setting.
