    Don't but this machine

    1/5
I hate this machine. There is no timer so you can't tell how long is left on a wash load. The detergent drawer overflowed when doing a full load. It stops through the cycle and the machine doesn't tell you any information such as what stage in the cycle it's in. You can do a 4kg handwash which takes 2 hours but a full load takes over 3 hours maybe more if you have to restart it because the machine just stops. It is quite loud, which for a short daily wash would be ok but 3 hours of washing machine noise is just too much. I can't say anything positive about this machine

    Not a good product.

    1/5
Too long cycles on 40degree washes 2hours 45mins others over 3hrs. 28 minute cycle on 30 degree wash, not good for soiled washing. Worst machine I have ever bought. Had to buy a cheaper machine, stuck with this now.

    Longest cycles ever

It quiet but the cycles are sooooo slow! 3 hours and 25 minutes for a 40° wash. Same for a 60° wash. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known how long the cycles were

    Not sure.

Not to sure about this machine, it seems to make a lot of noise. There is a clanking sound and a lot of vibration, is this normal? I don't know. I'll give it month or two to see if it settles down.

    Awful wash programs

    2/5
Absolutely awful wash settings do not buy, all wash programs are over 2 hours long accept a rubbish 30° quick wash, and a hand wash at 40° which takes an hour and doesn't really clean clothes. To clean clothes it takes 3 hours in this machine. Delay timer is only 3, 6 or 9 hours

    How is this machine eco?

    2/5
The eco programme takes nearly four hours! There are no shorter programmes that will wash properly. How is this eco? There is no timer, so you have no idea how far through the programme it is. You don’t know these details before buying the machine. I won’t buy online again.

Only heats to about 30c on the 60c cotton

    3/5
I purchased this September 20 because I only needed a simple 8kg 1200rpm machine that would wash on 40c and 60c. After a few weeks I noticed it was only heating up to about 30c on the 60c cotton ( I don't mean the 40c-60c Eco ) I called Beko and they said that's very unusual, we will have to get an engineer out to look at it. After the winter lock down one came out and confirmed only 35c with a temperature probe and suggested they fit a new circuit board. After 2 attempts to fit a new board they spoke to Beko technical and they said its designed to only heat to 35c on the 60c cotton in order to conform to the energy rating and does a longer wash to compensate and have put out a bulletin about it. So as I want 60c I am left with adding a kettle of boiling water after the heater has cut out or using the 90c. All the other programmes heat up to the specified temperature. So that's why I only gave it 3 star. I notice the new model only has 40c eco and 60c eco. I think my machine is not as described so not happy.
