Excellent machine if you're on a budget, Quiet machine looks presentable some of the programs take a long time to complete. Great value for money.

Very basic model & lack of timer. Cycles take a long time e.g a 60 spin takes over 2 hours! On the plus it's very quiet.

Only had the product 3 weeks and it is broken. Took over 2 hours to get through to Beko customer service. :(
An engineer is coming out after 4 days of logging problem.

this is very similar Beko model to one we had for 6 years. The only complaint I have about machines nowadays is that you cannot replace the bearings in the drum and a new drum is £200 so you may as well buy a new one. Otherwise, the machine was still working fine. We bought that one from AO too. The company cant be held responsible for the inability to repair. And that's progress........
