I love my new washing machine , did not rate the delivery men who told me (and I asked twice) the machine was ready to plug in and go. It moved violently across the room and tore my flooring! Once the bolts were removed it was fine ! Wish my floor was.

When the Beko was working it was OK, bearings went very noisy under a year, was swapped under AO warranty with no issues, that is why I use AO, the service is very good, real people from the company call you back and help, not just a Bot service

Absolutely awful wash settings do not buy, all wash programs are over 2 hours long accept a rubbish 30° quick wash, and a hand wash at 40° which takes an hour and doesn't really clean clothes. To clean clothes it takes 3 hours in this machine. Delay timer is only 3, 6 or 9 hours

When the washing machine arrived, it was damaged, but gouge out of the tray. The delivery drivers advised me I could use it until I got a replacement. Anyway after it was plumbed it did not work, the light came on but nothing happened. Maybe a faulty one off. Or maybe the damage was more than cosmetic. However AO dealt with the issue and the customer service assistant upgraded my order and got a new machine delivered the next day. Machine = bad AO customer service = good

Cheap,spin doesnt do alot clothes still wet afterwards even after a 2nd go.no timer on it.just nasty really.but it was cheap so u get what u pay for.

The eco programme takes nearly four hours! There are no shorter programmes that will wash properly. How is this eco? There is no timer, so you have no idea how far through the programme it is. You don’t know these details before buying the machine. I won’t buy online again.

It is comparatively quiet and the quick wash is ok. The hand wash is 40° and there's no way to adjust it so it is no good for washing wool or other delicate items. There is no indication of how long a cycle will take or how long it has left to run and no audio indication when it has finished. Overall I am very disappointed in this machine.

Very basic model & lack of timer. Cycles take a long time e.g a 60 spin takes over 2 hours! On the plus it's very quiet.
