Excellent washer, really quiet and works well, tiny complaint is the drain hose doesn’t fit very snugly onto our trap but that could just be specific to ours, it still fits and doesn’t leak just doesn’t seem very snug.

Fantastic product. I do wish you could adjust delay by minutes and not hours without the app.

Be warned! I bought this machine in feb 2022, less than a year later the rubber seal has detached from the drum and samsung are refusing to fix it and tell me its wear and tear! Not even a year old?! A simple google search shows me i am not alone with this issue and that others have paid over £100 to samsung to fix it, only for it to happen again within 6 months! All clearly detailed on their own support forums.

Great washing machine with Smartthings App integration. Loving the autodose function and not having to fill with washing liquid and softener for every load.

Quiet, easy to use and a very good machine overall. Sings a lovely little song when it is done too - definitely won’t get annoying… :-/
