Looks great! But I’m now on my 3rd repair. First the door seal went (engineer who replaced it said there’s been lots of repairs for this) then the pump went on the auto add softener. Now the pump has gone on the auto add liquid ??????????

I have now had my machine for 2 years and feel compelled to write a review as my experience has been very disappointing. After just over a year the bearings in the drum had broken, resulting in a VERY noisy machine. The drum was replaced by Samsung but only 6 months later the noise issue has returned. In addition, now when I use eco mode, my clothes come out musty and smelly. Samsung are working to get this repaired again but I have totally lost faith in this machine. I just wanted to give my longer term experience to other prospective buyers as I would say the quality does not reflect the price tag.

Missing detergent tray and still without one. These smart washing machines do not work without the detergent tray. So I have piling laundry to do amounting to 11 days so far since delivery and no resolution.

Good washing machine with a few very clever features. I’m very happy with this machine overall. Just a few things to point out for future potential buyers: - the automatic conditioner dispenser means you can’t really decide how much conditioner is used. I like to use a lot so for me this is a little limiting - there is no 95dgr wash option. I know it might not be environmentally friendly to have such high temperature but I need this function time to time. I missed it in the description before buying - there is no higher wash than 60dgr - I haven’t found yet how to add the antibacterial liquid to the wash. In my old machine it went to the conditioner container (instead of conditioner) but since this machine holds and dispenses conditioner by itself I don’t know how to add it effectively beside running additional rinsing cycle. Despite the above the washing results are good and the machine works well and surprisingly quietly.

It is hard to give a proper review as we have not had it so long. Anyway, the auto dose works really well and we are definitely using less detergent/ softener. No drop in cleanliness or softness. It is relatively quiet well quieter than our last one which was 11 years old. Add wash function is good too. Criticism of it would be that the dial is a bit inconvenient to find the programme you want quickly. You may have to twist through a lot of programmes you don't want first. Also it has a lot of preset programs which can not be used for a 10.5 kg load so that was a bit annoying as we bought it because of its large compacity. For example, the gentle steam for towels programme is only meant for loads up to 4kg. I have no idea what my washing weighs when I put it in as it does not tell me. I would like it if it lasts as long asy last one but only time will tell.

Bought this machine from Ao with a 10.5Kg capacity and all seems well but I can't understand why for a machine with a 10Kg drum it can only wash 4Kg of coloured washing at a time and some loads it can only do 2Kg. The instructions are very basic but understandable although have no explanation as to why you get such a pathetic load on a big machine. I wish that I had seen this before I bought it. It was an expensive machine to be able to do such a small wash.

Terrible product, only works when it feels like terrible reviews on YouTube wish I researched more only had a week need it gone ASAP.

Machine seems good but opearting instructions are very confusing and no booklet that explains it properly . You need to download the onlien version for instructions. Elderly people will struggle with the instructions and no program for complete wash cycle .
