Very quiet machine even on a full load with maximum spin. The size of the drum works brilliantly for a family of four with children’s duvets to wash.

The washing arrive with a very good condition but when I switched on the power button, it started display foreign language which should not be as I have purchase from UK. Therefore, I had to take help from google translator and discover that it was installed Danish language. Finally sorted out the language settings use translator and Wi-Fi connectivity is not straight forward. Samsung should put focus on end user flexibility for simple task not making sophisticated for ordinary people if they would like to increase product sales.

Reliable and user-friendly with an ingenius door flap, which allows you to put additional laundry in the machine during a wash programme. This is a perfect washing machine for large families like our family. The machine is quite quiet, while on a wash cycle. We're fond of the happy little tune the machine plays, when a wash programme has finished.

Great value product

Seems to be great so far, only had it a week, very smart and learns your washing patterns, connects to an app which is very handy, lots of settings to change each and every programme, adapts detergent and water amount to each load or change it to manually add your own, looks very sleek too.
