Be warned! I bought this machine in feb 2022, less than a year later the rubber seal has detached from the drum and samsung are refusing to fix it and tell me its wear and tear! Not even a year old?! A simple google search shows me i am not alone with this issue and that others have paid over £100 to samsung to fix it, only for it to happen again within 6 months! All clearly detailed on their own support forums.

The washer itself is fine. I do not recommend purchasing it from AO, however. I was told multiple times that they would be able to stack my purchased washer and matching dryer - only to find out that this was not the case during delivery. Seemingly lied to make a sale and this was such a huge inconvenience.

Looks great! But I’m now on my 3rd repair. First the door seal went (engineer who replaced it said there’s been lots of repairs for this) then the pump went on the auto add softener. Now the pump has gone on the auto add liquid ??????????

Missing detergent tray and still without one. These smart washing machines do not work without the detergent tray. So I have piling laundry to do amounting to 11 days so far since delivery and no resolution.

It was fabulous for two days - and since then it has been hell on earth. It hasn't been working well since day two - which was a week and a half ago. And nobody will do anything about it! ie Samsung and AO. I don't know if it's the particular machine - or this particular model. But I would not suggest buying it

Nice and quiet but does not spin great. You also need to add additional detergent and fabric softener to actual get that clean smell. Second one and not happy.

Terrible product, only works when it feels like terrible reviews on YouTube wish I researched more only had a week need it gone ASAP.

I’ve had the washing machine a week and already having to change it due to issues with loads taking twice as ok g to complete than what the machine display told us. Also the machine came with a wonky filter door and Samsung told me they don’t stock the part! AO have been brilliant though and have done everything possible to resolve the issues. I can’t fault them at all so I would recommend anyone to buy from them. Be careful with Samsung though as their customer service is garbage and advisors don’t understand their own products.
