Fine to start with but after 2 years the screen doesn't work properly (can't see the cycle), the dispenser draw seems to be leaking and it makes a terrible noise on spin cycle. It has had a lot of use, but for a reasonably costly machine hoped for better. Plus its now out of warranty.

We have had the washing machine for 2.5 years. The detergent dispensing drawer has had to be replaced twice. The display panel had to be replaced in March this year. Now the machine is making a terrible noise and burning smell. Again, I will need to wait for at least 4 days with no machine for an engineer. As it is out of warranty the engineer visit is free, but the repairs or replacement costs are down to me. Really upsetting after buying such an expensive machine.

I have now had my machine for 2 years and feel compelled to write a review as my experience has been very disappointing. After just over a year the bearings in the drum had broken, resulting in a VERY noisy machine. The drum was replaced by Samsung but only 6 months later the noise issue has returned. In addition, now when I use eco mode, my clothes come out musty and smelly. Samsung are working to get this repaired again but I have totally lost faith in this machine. I just wanted to give my longer term experience to other prospective buyers as I would say the quality does not reflect the price tag.

Be warned! I bought this machine in feb 2022, less than a year later the rubber seal has detached from the drum and samsung are refusing to fix it and tell me its wear and tear! Not even a year old?! A simple google search shows me i am not alone with this issue and that others have paid over £100 to samsung to fix it, only for it to happen again within 6 months! All clearly detailed on their own support forums.

The washer itself is fine. I do not recommend purchasing it from AO, however. I was told multiple times that they would be able to stack my purchased washer and matching dryer - only to find out that this was not the case during delivery. Seemingly lied to make a sale and this was such a huge inconvenience.

Looks great! But I’m now on my 3rd repair. First the door seal went (engineer who replaced it said there’s been lots of repairs for this) then the pump went on the auto add softener. Now the pump has gone on the auto add liquid ??????????

Missing detergent tray and still without one. These smart washing machines do not work without the detergent tray. So I have piling laundry to do amounting to 11 days so far since delivery and no resolution.

It was fabulous for two days - and since then it has been hell on earth. It hasn't been working well since day two - which was a week and a half ago. And nobody will do anything about it! ie Samsung and AO. I don't know if it's the particular machine - or this particular model. But I would not suggest buying it
