I am generally very pleased with my new machine. I've only had it for 3 weeks so far though, but early indications are that this is a very good machine. A very large drum to swallow even the largest of bedding (Super King Size). The machine is a tad expensive compared to others, but I am pleased nonetheless and don't regret buying it. The auto-dispensing drawer is great. I wasn't sure if it was a bit of a gimmick, but I love it, it just takes the hassle out of having to store the washing liquid near the machine in a kitchen with not much storage. Physically the machine is a standard size which means it slid into a tight fitting space in a new build, something which I was very concerned about when ordering. The only negative I have about the machine is that I cannot for the life of me work out how to get it to connect to my phone via wi-fi and get the SmartThings app' working. Not happy about this at all and hope it's just something that I am doing wrong.

We have had the washing machine for 2.5 years. The detergent dispensing drawer has had to be replaced twice. The display panel had to be replaced in March this year. Now the machine is making a terrible noise and burning smell. Again, I will need to wait for at least 4 days with no machine for an engineer. As it is out of warranty the engineer visit is free, but the repairs or replacement costs are down to me. Really upsetting after buying such an expensive machine.

Okay product washes well but I find it vibrates when spinning.

Great machine very clever technology, just perfect. And no need to fill up with washing powder or conditioner every time.

Love this washing machine. you can either play on the app and create "Recipes" for different washing loads, or, twist the knob on the front of the machine to select your programme. Even then, you can still adjust the temp, how many rinses or spin speed. it has a Large Capacity and run very quietly.

I have now had my machine for 2 years and feel compelled to write a review as my experience has been very disappointing. After just over a year the bearings in the drum had broken, resulting in a VERY noisy machine. The drum was replaced by Samsung but only 6 months later the noise issue has returned. In addition, now when I use eco mode, my clothes come out musty and smelly. Samsung are working to get this repaired again but I have totally lost faith in this machine. I just wanted to give my longer term experience to other prospective buyers as I would say the quality does not reflect the price tag.
