Machine seems good but opearting instructions are very confusing and no booklet that explains it properly . You need to download the onlien version for instructions. Elderly people will struggle with the instructions and no program for complete wash cycle .

I’m really happy with our new washer. I’ve never had anything with so many options but these are all really useful. I’ve already used the option to add items to the wash, auto detergent and I’m linking the washer to the Wi-Fi. It’s reasonably quiet, especially the spin cycle and the drum takes double what my last washer could handle ( even though that was a 7kg).

The product is fine.

A little bit fiddly to work your way through all the different digital programmes available- some are, time wise, very long & can’t work out how to shorten them as no eco button. The app is fun as it alerts you when washes are finished. The programmes you use most often begin to come up first on the digital display once you’ve used it a few times. Clothes coming out clean but the digital control element could have been made a lot simpler.

Washing machine, very quiet.

Operating Instructions are poor .wash cycles are long 2hr 45 for the eco wash. The finished alarm is loud and extremely difficult to turn off. Cannot see any use for the WiFi connection i cannot seem to able to control it via the app just monitor it. But it does wash cloths and that is the objective isn't it?

So far so good. Lovely & quiet even during final spin.. easy to use and great washing machine.
