Nice big drum for busy family. Lots of different wash cycles especially for sports clothes. Nice and quiet and easy to use, although some cycles take a long time over 3hrs

This was an upgrade from our old, different brand washing machine that was 10 years old. I found it very easy to get used to the functions of this Samsung washing machine, it's highly intuitive and learns over time what your most used programmes are and shuffles them to the front of the display so you don't have to scroll through so many programmes, and there are loads! It's also easy to download the app and make changes to the displayed programmes and settings, adding extra rinses, changing temperature etc. The machine is extremely quiet and I love the fact that you can pause at any time and open the door. I've found it useful to use a net bag for liquid washing capsules and colour catching sheets as these tend to get thrown into the door seal if you just put them in loose. The machine has lots of sounds that can be switched off, but I like them. One thing I would have chosen is to have a white door, but it seems most machines have switched to black doors now. So far I'm very happy; let's hope it lasts as long as my old machine.

Great machine with all the features you would need, nice and quiet as well. Only drawback is that the panels do feel a bit cheap but as its such a big drum i presume the space and weight has to come from somewhere.

Really pleased with the washing machine. It was installed by AO efficiently and I set up the smart control function easily. There are lots of programmes to use and the ability to alter most of the programmes by increasing/decreasing the temp, number of rinses and spin speed. I did cut down rinses from 4 to 2 on a load and it didn't get the clothes clean so no I just stick with the standard programmes. Overall very good. 4 rather than a 5 because drum is slightly smaller than my previous 10KG machine so I can't stuff as much in!

so far very happy with it quite easy to set up we may be bias BUT we prefer samsung products they are GREAT BRILLIANT

Brilliant machine, so quiet! There are some great cycles including a sanitise steam clean and a drum cycle clean. It's really simple to use and the tune it plays when it finishes is nice compared to the incessant beeping you get with other machines! The fast cycle is handy too. Really happy all round

Not had it long but so far so good! Great product and easy to use too, matches my fridgefreezer. I'm amazed that I can control it from my phone when out at work so it is ready for when I am home which means no washing sitting there getting stinky!! Which reminds me......it reminds you!!! And I am forgetful! Only downside ....the song at the end. I wish I could change it.
