Machine looks lovely and cleans well. Often get an error message saying check water supply - no idea what to do about this. The load sensor seems very sensitive - similar load will sometimes time for 1 1/2 hours but others 3 hours. Seems too intelligent/contrary for its own good!

Ao were brilliant as usual. Delivery on time and polite delivery drivers. Machine is almost silent! Washes well. The little time it plays when cycle finishes is unusual! But handy if you’re not close by as you can hear it has finished.

Great item, easy to use

Amazing, compared to my last machine. Very quiet, easy to use, and our clothes come out smelling lovey and fresh.

Great machine, huge capacity, almost silent. This has been a major upgrade of our old machine which was well past end of life. Clothes that took 2/3 washes to come clean in the old machine are coming out sparkling in this new Samsung. We're able to do twice as much laundry in a single load and it comes out nearly dry. Thoroughly recommend this machine. It's got a great clean design as well.

Impressive build quality with good range of programs enhanced with AI technology. This machine thinks learns and adjusts programs to suit our needs. Love the interaction with the app which tells us what the machine is doing, when it’s finished and also allows us to adjust programs and pause and start it if needed. Oh, and it’s very quiet and washes everything quickly and beautifully!
