The machine is brilliant. I have one just like this in another property so this machine is more or less the same. The difference is that the other one is 9kg. I have not used all of the functions but I am sure they will work fine. There is not much else to say other than two thumbs up. Samsung could have included a more in-depth manual to explain the functions on the control panel but this is solvable by going to Samsung's website.

Great product and the cleanest washing i have seen. Extremely quite. Best machine i have ever had. Only had it a couple of months so I can't talk about longevity. But long guarantees.

The machine worked well to start with. Then gradually the time of the wash was taking longer and longer. The machine then started to cut out and would not drain or spin and became very noisy. Turns out it was a software error . The software was out of date and this is a common issue. Surely products should not be sold to the consumer with a known software issue . I would not purchase a Samsung washing machine again !

We love Samsung and it's not our first Samsung washer. Our last one lasted 8 years so no doubts about being happy with it (we didn't receive our AO bottle though ????)
