    After reading some reviews I realised I may have a faulty machine, Samsung engineer confirmed some machines had been delivered with a fault. Which they appear to have fixed via a software update so hopefully I have now got what I payed for, fingers crossed

    The machine was ok for the first few weeks, now keeps cutting out and won’t finish rinse and spin cycle. I’ve calibrated it etc and is now just a waste of money
