Yes it’s an expensive bit of kit, but it is a bit of kit! Well made, beautifully designed, cleverly thought out, and most importantly, does a brilliant job! This was replacing our previous Samsung washing machine and have no issues or regrets with having bought Samsung again. Plenty of cycle options, smart cycles, monitoring through the app. Very pleased ??

recently purchased the Samsung Series 8 AI Energy ecobubble™ WW11DB8B95GBU1 11kg Washing Machine in black from AO.com, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and features. The first thing that stands out is the large 11kg drum, which easily handles big family loads and bulky bedding without any issues. The machine’s ecobubble™ technology really lives up to the hype-clothes come out spotless, even on cooler cycles, and I’ve noticed the detergent dissolves fully, leaving no residue behind. The spin cycle is powerful yet surprisingly quiet, a huge improvement over my previous machine. Setting up and using the washing machine is straightforward. The controls are intuitive, and the LCD display is clear and user-friendly. I love the auto-dosing feature-it takes the guesswork out of adding detergent and softener, and the machine even adds an extra rinse if it detects the clothes need it. The reminders to clean the filter and empty the drum at the end of a cycle are helpful touches that make maintenance easy. The AI features are genuinely useful. The machine automatically adjusts settings based on the load and how dirty the clothes are, which saves energy and water without sacrificing cleaning power. Connecting it to the SmartThings app was simple, and being able to monitor and control washes from my phone is a real convenience. It’s also reassuring to see accurate reports on energy and water use, helping me keep bills in check. A few added bonuses: the quick wash options are perfect for when I need something cleaned in a hurry, and the machine plays a cheerful tune when the cycle finishes-a small but welcome detail. The build quality feels solid and the sleek black finish looks great in my kitchen. Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase. It’s a well-designed, efficient, and feature-packed washing machine that makes laundry day much easier. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-capacity, energy-saving upgrade - I went from series 7 version to this and even though I couldn't find many details online about the comparison of the 2 this one is miles better in terms of energy efficiency which is brilliant in the current energy climate.

Absolutely stunning washing machine and performance. Perfect rinse (I’m so used to seeing undissolved detergent on my clothes from my previous Bosch). Perfect spin too. And relatively quiet. Intuitive menu - you don’t even need a manual! Registration with Samsung gives you 5 years warranty. I also purchased the monthly AO care.

Great so far. Very quiet and very easy to use.

Really like our new Samsung washing machine. So far, I've only got around to using some of the many programmes. It's much quieter than our previous machine, and plays a tune when the cycle has finished.

It’s a really good product and works well, nice big drum. Only downside would be the AI functions advertised aren’t particularly easy to figure out and the machine decides what temperature to wash at which is a concern if you have items in there which need specific temperatures only.

Great having the auto-dosing reservoirs, and the smart feature that adds another rinse cycle if it detects the washing is still dirty. Very low energy, and it’s useful that it reminds you when to clean the filter, and to take your clothes out promptly after it’s finished.
