Excellent washing machine. Massive drum size, especially given the machine itself is the same size as a 9kg machine. The machine runs quietly and the finish song makes me smile. Plenty of choices of programmes and if you connect to the Samsung Smart things app on your WiFi, you can customise programmes and start your washing machine cycle to suit your own needs.

Excellent washer quite and very energy efficient user a lot less electric compared to other washing machine we had and it does a good wash in a shorter time plus 5 year guarantee it makes no sense to buy the makes that come with 12 months

Bought when our old Beko washing machine finally gave up. The new Samsung one is so much quieter and clothes come out well washed. There’s plenty of different wash settings to suit an average household too. I haven’t managed to get it to connect to the WiFi yet, so can’t comment on that feature. Overall I’m impressed with this machine and feel it was worth what I paid.

Very happy with my purchase. Good selection of programmes, quiet & cleans clothes very well. Didn’t purchase for the Smart aspect of the product, couldn’t really understand the point, however, it turns out to be really useful. Love the large drum, a game changer for towels & bath mats. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous machine, large drum capacity and silent when spinning! Washes well and spins so hard that clothes come out barely wet!
