Great washing machine

Pleased so far. Took a while to make sure this would stay level and not vibrate but, now that it is, the quiet wash is excellent.

Love how quite the machine is and has so many options I love how I can connect my phone only thing lets it down is won’t allow me to put a wash on with my phone will let me put all settings on but then tells me to press play on the machine.

Thrilled with new washing machine, easy to run through the programmes and choose what is required. Large drum means fewer loads.Timings seem accurate for durations of wash, so very helpful. Quiet running. Giggle everytime it sings out the tune to let me know it's finished the cycle. Brilliant.

Good washing, relatively simple to use. Could do with better paper manual showing me the relevant settings/temperature/spin

Brilliant machine, so many features plus the ability to create your own wash cycles makes this so easy to use with great results. Well worth the money.

So far so good. Previously had the 8kg e o bubble version for 7 years with no problems whatsoever, but hard water has damaged the board and not economically viable. This 11kg machine is great and so much quieter. Can't fault Samsung, and AO delivered quickly and so helpful with installation and removal of old machine
