Nice and quiet big drum and does an extra rinse if needed automatically. Can't fault it so far

Smart minimal design with touch buttons and a central dial to control the functions. AI load detection and smart dosage of detergent and fabric softener take away any guesswork and measuring. Excellent sized drum for a big family doing multiple loads per day but still within a standard size spaced machine. The Samsung 5 year warranty is a fantastic added bonus.

Still learning the ins and outs. So far, it’s nice and quiet, and the auto-dosage feature means I don’t have to measure the liquid each time. Note that the serial number is on the rear, so you might want to take a note of it before shoving the machine into its slot. As it’s ballasted for an 11kg wash ( ie it’s heavier), it’s more of a pain to get in and out.

Very quiet with a good choice of programmes. My only complaint is that the control panel is a bit too sensitive, as I have managed to accitdentallhy turn the machine off mid cycle by brushing against it quite gently

This machine has literally taken the hard work out of laundry. The pre-filled liquid means less heavy lifting. It even tells me when it’s done! Fabulous.

Brilliant to see energy rating of each cycle on app. The pre fill detergent and softner draw took some getting used to and getting the right level but is saving on softner.
