Really good washer, replaced my old one that was 18 years old and finally gave up. This one is so much quieter and looks so much fancier. Works well and I can tell clothes feels cleaner. Looks really nice too nice and sleek and so nice to have a time remaining display. The app tells me as well when it's done which is really nice. Overall very happy.

It looks fresh and modern, works incredibly quietly and has a good range of settings. It would be helpful if the machine stayed at the owners' previous setting instead of reverting back to a 2hr 36 minute setting. A reminder sticker on the plug, about removing the shipping bolts, would also be a good warning before its' first cycle.

Wife loves it, particularly 15 minute quick wash. Connect to WiFi and use the app. Wife says is much easier than messing around with controls and offers more options than you can select manually. On reflection we probably should have ordered in white as we have a small utility room and black is a bit overpowering and makes room seem smaller.

Purchased as the dimensions better fitted our utility area (the 8kg load machine is slightly smaller). It's Wi-Fi connectable and thus remotely operable via Samsung App. Otherwise the machine can be worked manually as 'normal'. There's a 2 yr warranty (machine) and also 20 yrs (motor). Meantime it's taking time to figure how best to use all the functions.

Quick, quiet, quality 10/10 ??

The machine is excellent, smart and very quiet. Easy to understand controls. Love the little jingle when it is finished. Haven't connected it to my phone yet, but may give it a whirl !

So far so good, seems to wash clothes as it should, only thing I did notice is this is a mid range washing machine and it replaced a mid to top end AEG and unfortunately it does feel alot cheaper. Or it could just be things we're built alot better 15 years ago than they are today. Anyhow no issues so far and am fairly pleased with my purchase

Great washing machine. Is very quiet and efficient. Has lots of different settings but very easy to use and very reasonably priced too. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.
