My machine has a terrible noise when spinning. After 12 days an engineer arrived, he said it should not be level but tilted it slightly backwards. He recalibrated it and did a diagnostic test which showed it was fine. However the noise is still terrible on the spin.

Do not buy this washing machine. I bought it 15 months ago and it suddenly fell apart. Leaked water and the seal came away from the drum. I called Samsung support and they wanted to charge me for the repair. A machine should work for longer than 15 months without problems, my last washing machine lasted 17 years.

it washes clothes but boy does it make a noise when spinning, the drum bangs on the side casing whatever the load. SAMSUNG have looked at it twice and said there is nothing wrong. We bought this machine after reading reviews on the quietness of the product. Not the one we have and no-one at AO can help. Big mistake as far as we are concerned so no more buys from AO for us.

Thought I would try a more expensive washing machine from a well known brand, lasted a year, 5 year warranty pointless, two week wait for engineer visit, then diagnosis, ordering parts, repair, so could be a month, so now have to purchase new machine. It never would spin at set programme speed, clothes 90% of the time soaking wet, even running numerous separate spin only circles it still would not spin to set speed, had to add extra drying days to compensate. I can honestly say my old indesit, which lasted just over two years before a fault arouse, was superior in every way apart from build quality, which these days is meaningless anyway, just pot luck on all machines.

After three weeks ,fault in water pump that needs higher pressure (of course this is the first time this has happened with this new model!)waited a week for repairman and now waiting further week for part .Two weeks plus without washing machine

Doesn’t work and AO not interested will never use again

Three times my shirts were torn off. Complaints to Samsung, no feedback from them. Poor company. Strongly not recommend to buy

This is the third washer I have had since April! First one drum dropped, second one leaked. Good for getting clothes clean but not the best or reliable washer. Would not buy Samsung one again
