Good product at reasonable price. Similar to the one we replaced but improved. Liked the fact you can calibrate and the machine apparently adjusts, depending on the load. Negative was the packing bolts were a struggle to get out, but easy to install after that.

Had a Samsung before so knew what we were buying. Great machines.

I am very happy with it. Especially, the bubble wash. Clothing and Especially bedding, smell absolutely amazing. At first, I was concerned as the machine never seems to fill up with much water. But the excellent cleaning results, I guess it's taking in what it should. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy it again. I've always bought Hotpoint previously, but I'm definitely glad I changed to Samsung.

I've had quite a few washing machines but this one is by far the best I've ever had. Quiet, love the choice of programs and love the little song at the end.

Decent quality product with an excellent quick wash cycle. Not too noisy either.

Great washing machine easy to use and understand, I like the 15 mim wash and when I do have a bigger wash to do and it's a mix load it analyzes how much water to use also it's great knowing how long the wash is going to be with the timer, and the bonus is after 30 washes it tells you that the drum needs a clean, I would highly recommend this washing machine.
