We have had the machine for a week now and so far are very pleased with it. Great variety of options for different washes and the machine is so quiet. Have not found any cons with the machine so far.

Love our new Samsung washing machine, quiet and efficient, loads of choice of programmes, great spin speed so that clothes come out nearly dry, 5 year extended warranty (10 years for the super-quiet brush-less motor), what's not to like?

This machine has a good brand name with 5 years warranty. The wash is good and the machine is not too noisy. Happy with the purchase so far.

Great washing machine, large drum, good range of cycle options. Really effective spin that removes a lot more water than my previous machine The child lock is really effective. When locked, turning the dial doesn't affect the cycle. When the wash finishes, if the child lock is on, the door stays locked. You have to turn the machine back on and switch off the child lock to be able to open the door. Plays a sound when you switch it on, whish you don't seem to be able to turn off.

Works well and is quiet. Every function makes a beep and the manual says you can turn them off but it doesn’t seem to work. Power Off is not on the child lock which is not great also. But overall great value. Wish they had it with a white door ! Black is quite imposing !
