Great Washing machine but for one big design fault. I add powder to the drum before cloths & when the drums starts to spin it throws some of it in the gap between the seal & door. It also throws anything small within the same gab as soon as it first spins. Anything with a corded waist doesn't escape this either. I've had to throw away a pair of joggers purely because the cord has got entangled in that rubber seal! I've never had this problem even with cheap machines.

Its difficult to get excited about a washing machine - so I haven't. Only had it 2 weeks and done a few washes OK, if it's still performing well in 8 years time I would give it 5 stars. Its predecessor, the same machine in white, blew up (literally) after 5 years and 4 months ( just outside Samsung warranty period - are they engineered this way or is this being too cynical?)

Bought this after seeing reviews it was quiet. For the astronomical price it was I was expecting good things. So far, not impressed. Sounds like it is going to take off when on spin. It shakes and shudders as if it’s having a great time! There’s a 15 min wash but needs the 20 min drain and spin after and a 1.26 wash that I have used so far after it automatically did a 3.18 hour cycle. Who has time for that?? Samsung, you’ve let me down.

Works ok, but has developed squeak when spinning.

Product seems good so far, delivery was prompt BUT advertised as coming with a 5 year warranty. The documentation it came with stated a 2 year warranty. Went back onto the AO website and there is a 5 year warranty but only when you register with Samsung. None of this is made plain in the advert, so.... go onto the samsung website and that model is not in any of the lists. It also asks for a serial number which will be difficult to get now the item is fitted. Expected better from AO.

So far, so good, but it’s only been a week. Time will tell how it performs over the years.

Used twice now seems ok washes well. Not to keen on the dial though as it is very easy to miss judge the wash.Instruction booklet could be a bit more easy to follow instructions.First time samsung user as i have been a hot point washer for years just thought i would have a change.

This product arrived with a dent in the back panel. AO customer services was good in handling my complain and offered some compensation which was ok but, not good enough. Also the machine appears to be leaking from the front door which needs looking at. I hope AO will improve in their delivery services and hopefully will deliver the orders in good shape.
