Really impressed not only with the machine but the service of AO. Prompt delivery fab communication and a cute teddy each for my children. The machine it’s self is super quiet with a great range of settings. Not to forget a very cute melody when finished. Would recommend to others.

Only had this a week. It replaced a 10-year-old Samsung ecobubble machine. Very happy so far. Only a 2-adult household so will probably only use 3 or so of the washing programmes but impressed that on the mixed-load wash the machine calibrates the load and reduces the wash time by a few minutes if the load is not at the maximum weight. Also like the idea that the dispenser drawer is meant to stay clean. So far, very good.

Having never had Samsung washing machine I have to say it has surprised me.The quick wash to freshen clothes is ideal in a busy household. It turns itself off not on standby really important in current energy situation.The 1400 spin leaves clothes pretty dry. It allows you to adjust programmes and the bigger drum saves on the number of washes in a week .So far I'm very pleased with my purchase.
