Bought to replace a previous Samsung that I had had for over 5 years and which I had been very pleased with. But sadly the motherboard started to malfunction with it and it was more cost effective to replace than repair! I do not think this machine is as good as my previous model. I find the wash times are incredibly long especially on the cotton setting, it weighs the washing then decides how long it will take so the initial time displayed when it starts can increase significantly. I think 3.5 hours to do a load is ridiculous so most of our garments are put on “mixed load” which takes about 1 hour 15mins!! The door seems to be less substantially made and doesn’t have a handle as such more a finger grab bit too pull the door open and I feel this is a weak point. I also do not find it to be any quieter than my previous model when it spins. Would I purchase this model again - probably not, I thought I had researched it quite well before buying but it’s only when you actually use it you find out all the pitfalls.

Great Machine! In comparison to other brands around this price range, it's super quiet and very efficient. Multiple program modes for any requirement. Built solid too, much better than our previous Hoover/Candy machine. Comes with 5 year warranty for no extra fee too, which proves they rate their own product. Would buy again

This is our second Samsung Ecobubble machine - we were so pleased with the last one that was still going strong way, way after the 5 year guarantee ran out. Wouldn't choose anything else - love the 25 minute quick wash

Very good product. Very silent and clean clothes. Would highly recommend.

This is my second Samsung machine and I would highly recommend . It washes really clean and once the clothes have spun they dry so quickly as most of the water has been taken out. I dry my washing indoors on my clothes airer and normally do 2 loads and they are dry and ready to fold away by morning. It has lots of features and options to accommodate your laundry requirements.
