Excellent washing machine that is working well

Best washing machine with Smart Control.

The machine is easy to use, has a dial and touch buttons to change settings, all of which are fairly self explanatory. Unlike other machines I have used, the “time remaining” on the screen is actually correct! Therefore you can plan around a load of washing and not have to keep going to check on it. My clothes have been washed well, I use a gel detergent and fabric softener, I have found on the odd occasion that some of the gel has remained in the tray but my clothes are clean and smell good. The only slight downfall of this machine is that smaller items such as underwear or socks can and do regularly get caught in the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, therefore they haven’t rinsed properly and are soaking wet. Not the end of the world but quite frustrating for a premium washing machine.

The product is excellent and so quiet you hardly know it’s on in an open plan kitchen. The delivery was so easy and fitting it took about 20minutes.

Much better and quieter than our previous Samsung washer that was 13 years old, lots more programs than the last one too.

Extremely happy with the product. An added bonus is the nice little tunes the washing machine plays when it finishes a cycle!

This washing machine is perfect, I have had one of these before but when we moved we left it in our old place,so when we moved into our new home the washing machine that was left just wasn’t up to the job, so onto the AO web site and ordered a new one, very reasonable price and great service, thanks AO
