Very easy to use, quiet and efficient. A good range of programmes.

Smart looking machine, good results after using several wash programs. Would have preferred a 600 spin option as well as 400, 800 and above. Tends to move about on tiled floor during spin cycle, maybe needs levelling. Would be helpful if serial number was inside the door as with most washing machines. Overall very pleased with this machine.

Very quiet Good range of cycles

Solid and reliable, this my second Samsung washing machine. Quiet during the drum spin and a good selection of settings.

Great product! Quiet, efficient, love the smartthings connection so that I select a cycle based on the contents of my wash, see the status of the wash and duration, and it notifies me when it is finished. Has lots of useful modes, and I particularly like the 15minute wash for lightly soiled garments. The steam function should be useful too. Excellent communications from AO, and the delivery service was on time and the delivery team very helpful. All round a great experience - would definitely recommend.

The new Samsung washing machine replaced a similar Samsung model that gave 11 years of faultless service. That's why we bought another.
