Bought this one as a close replacement to a previous model that had run for over 10 years. To be honest the setup for the smart things was a real pain! Just to register took me hours, and then all of a sudden it worked. Don't know why. The wash programs are all ok but the quick wash isn't as flexible as previous model as I cant spin it at 1400. The display main part is bright and clear but the small section that is for temp and spin speed is SO dark it almost not visible. This should have been as bright as the rest. Why not Samsung? All in all I wish they had just left it exactly the same as the older model.

I have used this washing machine several times since I bought it. It runs through each program with ease and it comes out smelling clean and a puts a smile on my face . It’s quieter and smaller than my old one (it was 18 years old) .. yet it takes a bigger load . It’s fits nicely under my worktop and makes the utility room look sleeker , so much so I am looking at my old tumble dryer thinking I need to match my washing machine .

So far so good. So much quieter, spin drys more efficiently than my old machine and the clothes are clean. Only had it two weeks so let’s see if it keeps up the good work!

Noisier than I thought it was going to be, but by the 3 load its just background noise. That's with the 1400 spin cycle, which leaves everything practically dry. Easy to operate, and, strange as it sounds I like the simple latch on the door.

Fairly quiet machine compared to my previous washing machine.

Having had this washing machine for a few weeks now I am very much enjoying using it and love the simplicity of it, the low noise and great washing results. Highly recommend Samsung based on this experience.
