Great product, really easy to use and my washing is coming out cleaner than ever!

Our 3 year old washing machine gave up with a control fault. Only came with a 2 year warranty. Ordered this Samsung at a great price and with a general 5 year warranty and a 20 year warranty on the drive unit. It is a heavy robust machine but really quiet during use. Has many programmes and options. Have not used the APP connection yet until we get used to all the settings. Easy to use and really pleased with this purchase.

I spent two days doing research into washing machines before buying this model ,and I must say I am delighted with this it's quiet efficient and looks nicer in the flesh very modern with everything you need I use the ai mode and I like the fact it detects if your clothes are clean and acts accordingly
