Great washing machine, quiet, easy to use, and gets laundry clean. Love the fact that it automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent from an in-built reservoir. You can connect it to your phone to monitor energy and water usage as well as setting up your own washcycles. Overall a good easy to use machine.

It's a great machine with useful features and a huge drum, but the operation of the automatic dispensers is confusing, and Samsung have not been able to answer my questions about it. They described settings that aren't options on this machine, so I'm still not sure what to do when not using fabric softener.

Very impressed with this washing machine. It is relatively quiet (compared to the one it replaced, and has a good build quality. There are lots of programmes to choose from, but we have found using the 'AI' setting gives us excellent results for the various usual items... clothes, bedding, towels etc... but there is likely a programme there for something more specific. It takes a lot less time (and hence energy) than the previous machine, and the SmartThings App alerts us when its done, and when things have been cleaned quicker because they were cleaner to start with. We are very impressed and pleased with this machine... it just remains to see how reliable it is over the next few years... but we got a 5-year parts and labour warranty offer when purchasing, which is great for extra peace of mind.

Good washing machine so far - couple of niggles , the auto dose as you can’t actually tell how much has been dispensed , I’ve got it set on high but after 5 washes it still hasn’t emptied the detergent & conditioner compartment’s fully. It’s very sensitive & the spin is interrupted & you get told to redistribute the weight (not sure how you get around that!) The sound is annoying when it’s finished the cycle but turned that off easily. Otherwise washes as expected.

Nice looking quiet washing machine.

Pleased with it so far. Best feature is the auto dosing detergent. BUT I am struggling to learn how to override it for certain cycles (bio detergent doesn't work at 60°...). There are some nice features and to my surprise I also like the WiFi connection as getting a notification it finished reminds me to sort it out (I'm usually useless at this) Only other minor niggle is the front glass is so dark you basically can't see inside. Not a big problem!
