This is the first Samsung washing machine I've had but so far (only used it twice) its been good. Spinning my heaviest load of towels with ease. No shaking or wobbling machine like the last one I had, not Samsung. I found the lack of how to use the machine could be better instead of all the technical garb that comes with the machine as I only want to do my washing not learn about the technical side. Just a quick guide to the programmes and how to find them as the machine is touch screen and not a dial, unfortunately you have to search on line for this which most people like me find very frustrating and inconvenient, I just want to do my washing. Happy with it so far so not quite 5 star but I think I'll be happy with it in time.

This machine is great! It’s so quiet, even on full spin. There are so many cycles to choose from, covering everything from quick and wash to wool wash and more. The autodosing detergent and conditioner is spot on making each wash perfect clean and smelling great. The use of AI on stain removal works well and the addition of bubble wash/soak adds extra cleaning. A fabulous machine!

Love the design, looks sleek, got this with matching dryer stacked on top of each other. Love the AI technology and the dispensers for laundry powder and fabric softener so don’t have to do it for every wash. It’s quiet except for the cute little tune when it’s done!

Early days but, very impressive piece of kit. I do like the self dosing of detergent and softener. Nice and quiet operation.

Great piece of kit

I got this washing mashine just few weeks, and happy with it. That is very silent, amazing for a opened place. Auto dosage very economical. Easy to use.

So far so good. The tech is a little bewildering at first but once you get used to the process it's fine. The auto conditioner/fabric draw feels odd, but ultimately it's just a fill & forget, like dishwasher rinse aid. The door is reassuring solid, a problem with our old machine. The WiFi connection/notifications is nice. Too early to comment on the Ai tech, we'll see if it does anything. Overall, seems good so far.
