    Avoid Samsung

    When I first got this washing machine I was very impressed! 6 months later the problems started. I’m sure fly on my 6th replacement machine. They either come damaged on delivery or I get a fault with the drum. I’ve had two machines which have needed two drums replacing, I’ve had a door seal needing replacing because the water comes out while on a wash. I’ve had a new stereo in the machine as that went. I’ve had some other parts in the machine needing replacing. Samsung don’t like to replace they like the just repair the machine even when it’s only 6 months old! I did finally get a replacement machine which was delivered in Jan this year. Come April the drum has gone. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to come out and out and have a look at the machine. Which I was told the door seal gone and also needs a new drum. This machine was only 3 months old as I got it the end of Jan. then I had to wait for parts and then I had an email to say they closed the case. So I’ve been without a washing machine since April. It’s now June. You also get a 5 year warranty on it, but it shouldn’t go after 3 months needing replacement parts!

    No help or instructions

    There's hardly any instructions. I've got no idea how to use it. Can't find a timer/ start delay. Very annoying, keeps telling me I'm low on detergent when I'm not, and awful bleeps when it's finished. I regret getting it.

    Noisy and "fussy" samsung

    Be careful, better not to buy.I have been calling for 3 months asking for a solution to my problem.The washing machine knocks and makes noise when spinning. Of course, the samsung team doesn't see the problem, they even tell me it's my fault because I put too much in laundry to the drum, have suggested, among others In the towel program, I am supposed to wash one large towel or 3 small ones, but the engineer said that it is best not to wash towels?? Now when I do laundry I'm weigh everything on the kitchen scale.The problem has not gone away. After the last two-hour conversation the solution to the problem will be to send me a link with the user manual and I received instructions how to use washing machine??. Twice there was engineer who said it was balance and that the washing machine is new, it should work perfectly just it's "fussy" and the next time he's supposed to come I'll have to pay £90. I did not expect that for such a price and Samsung brand?? The worst support team I've ever met. They blame me, make excuses and do nothing about it. From what I can see, there is still a long way ahead of me, maybe I will finally succeed and they will admit that I received a defective product and eventually they will repair or replace the washing machine.

    Issues from the start

    I guess we were unlucky but for us it hasn’t been a great purchase, after 5 washes we started having an error message, had to call consumer service, they sent an engineer and now we’re waiting for spare parts to be delivered and installed. Not what you want when you’ve just spent £500+ on a brand new washing machine.

    Unfortunately this Machine from Samsung leaves a lot of empty promises. The Wi-Fi control is limited to adjusting wash presets and the Auto dose feature on this machine appears to be substandard. My dispensing pump failed after 1 month. Good luck with trying Samsung Customer Services

    Unreliable

    I have had this washing machine 9 months and the autodose of softener has completely stopped working. It has been an absolute nightmare and i would highly recommend going for a different more reliable brand of washing machine. I am hoping to somehow get my money back and buy a less high-tech machine. The bubblesoak feature doesn't work from day one either.

    Excellent service from AO zero points for Samsung

    First floor, the service from AO and the advisors has been first class and it’s a good job because the machine has been exchanged and we are on our third replacement. The machine suffers from technical problems with the self dosing and it appears to be a design fault. The service from Samsung is atrocious, and it was only with the intervention of AO that the replacement machines were supplied. Given a chance again, I would not buy a Samsung machine. And I certainly wouldn’t buy one of the high-tech machines. Once again, many thanks to the customer service team at AO

    Takes too long

    Programmes take too long and most of the programmes don't take 9kg... who seriously does a wash for 2kg - hardly green. Nowhere near as good as our old Samsung this has replaced.
