Quiet and efficient with a good range of wash programs. I love the fact you can control it from your phone.

Very very quiet and with the auto dose system its impossible to fault especially if its as reliable as the last one that we had for 8 years (double anything else) extremely impressed.

Amazing easy to use wash programs , the “add on” really helps with not adding manually too much detergent or softener. Very silent and very smart it was the best choice! Came the next day really easy and quick purchase.

I can set the program on my phone and then send it to the washing machine - I didn't think I'd use this feature when I bought it but it's great. The auto dosing detergent and softener works really well and everything smells lovely.

To be honest our old washer was still running but we decided to swap it as we were replacing our old broken dryer and the new machines are more efficient anyway oh and I forgot 'The Wife wanted the washer to match the dryer' No Contest then :-) We are well pleased with the washer which also has a wireless smart function which if you want to use it you can set your wash cycle via the app on the phone and send it to the machine which for some people will find it easier to use but my wife's generation it is some kind of magic to stay away from and avoid. Only had the machine a short time but overhaul we like it along with the Samsung 5 year Guarantee Only Negative for feedback - The user manual for this machine is very edited and limited and leaves many gaps on using it leaving us scraping out heads a few times - however - looking on the Samsung Website there was a full install and user manual unedited which had all this info - Why is it the full install and user guide not supplied?
