Pretty, pretty good. It's very quiet and easy to use. We like the auto-dose function. The app seems like a bit of a gimmick, and despite its many tricks the programmes and functionality don't seem very different from any other washing machine. It plays a nice tune when it's finished washing though!

When I first got this washing machine I was very impressed! 6 months later the problems started. I’m sure fly on my 6th replacement machine. They either come damaged on delivery or I get a fault with the drum. I’ve had two machines which have needed two drums replacing, I’ve had a door seal needing replacing because the water comes out while on a wash. I’ve had a new stereo in the machine as that went. I’ve had some other parts in the machine needing replacing. Samsung don’t like to replace they like the just repair the machine even when it’s only 6 months old! I did finally get a replacement machine which was delivered in Jan this year. Come April the drum has gone. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to come out and out and have a look at the machine. Which I was told the door seal gone and also needs a new drum. This machine was only 3 months old as I got it the end of Jan. then I had to wait for parts and then I had an email to say they closed the case. So I’ve been without a washing machine since April. It’s now June. You also get a 5 year warranty on it, but it shouldn’t go after 3 months needing replacement parts!

Absolutely love my new washing machine from Samsung. I had the previous model. But the features on this one are fantastic. And it's so quiet. Perfect.

I wish I'd bought this model years ago. Very quiet, and really love the auto dose, A.I. setting is brilliant.

Omg the best washing machine i have ever had. It lets me know when the softner and detergent is low, when it's finished and how much kw and money it saves me. Quiet and wash comes out almost dry. Love my machine ??????

Technology has definitely came a long way since my last washer which gave up finally after 10 years. After looking at lots of different washers and reading lots of reviews I decided to go with the Samsung Series 5+ Autodose. I will say I am very impressed with the washer. Compared to my previous washer, firstly this model is so quiet! I have used the delayed start so it finishes for the time my alarm goes off in the morning and it doesn't wake anyone up in the house during its cycle. Secondly the auto dose is a life saver, not having to keep putting in the detergent and softer everything is such a time saver and so much easier than you first think. I've now used it for around 10-15 loads and the cloudy day wash is my favourite so far. The clothes come out barely damp and dries on the line within a couple of hours. Overall very pleased and I definitely made the right choice picking this one.

Quiet and efficient with a good range of wash programs. I love the fact you can control it from your phone.

Very very quiet and with the auto dose system its impossible to fault especially if its as reliable as the last one that we had for 8 years (double anything else) extremely impressed.
