Only had the machine a week but love it, was dubious about the connectivity and the auto dose technology but they do surprisingly make life a lot easier ??

Super quiet even at full spin, very slick and does everything: add items to the wash in progress, auto dispense soap and softener, and has app control and notifications. Definitely worth paying a little extra for.

We've only had it a few days but it's great so far. Easy to install and use. Lots of wash options including a rinse and spin, but we've only used the eco mode so far. It's quiet and spins very effectively so washing is quick to tumble dry. The only negative so far us the silly tune it plays when it's finished!

Great product, easy to install and use. I love the convenience of the latch at the front although it does stop the cycle momentarily. The auto-dispenser is very handy and the remote control app works great.

First time i’ve bought a washing machine (first home) Can’t really fault the product or the delivery really, lovely machine works well, lovely colour and fits in well with my kitchen! I love the little door that is handy to pop something in if you’ve forgotten to put something in. Speedy delivery.

Really impressed. Does everything I need and more. Love auto dose and add wash. Both features make my life a lot easier and help me get through all my washing quickly and efficiently. Will be looking at more Samsung appliances in the future.

Great machine. I was a bit apprehensive of the 1409 spin as my old machine was a 1600 but this is equally, if not better, with regards to a 1600! Add wash drawer is a great feature in a family home where someone always runs in to the room with some washing they’ve forgotten to give you! All in all it’s a great machine with many additional features and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
