I was so excited to get this machine I'd wanted it such a long time, I had previously ordered it from Samsung themselves who delayed my delivery time so I cancelled the order and went to AO - Im super impressed with AO but not the washing machine. I received it on Thursday 2nd Feb used it that night and when it was on a medium spin the banging of the drum shook the house and the drum looked as though it was hitting the door. I spoke to Samsung who told me to do a quick wash with 7 items in it and then a rinse and drain empty. No banging at all however when I went again to do a normal wash on an hour cycle the banging started again about 40mins into the cycle .... its been 4 days since I recieved the machine AO have no taken that one away and exchanged me for a new one which still bangs! I can't work out chats wrong the floor is sturdy the machine itself doesn't move its the drum that bangs. Im totally gutted as I was so excited to get it and now I don't know what to do!!

I bought one of these machines in March 2021, the guarantee is meant to be 5 years. It has now developed a leak. After spending some time online and on the phone to Samsung where the person I spoke with could not understand me and then told me both the serial number and the model number were invalid, despite the fact I was reading them from the sticker on the machine. This whole debacle is turning into one major problem. Pray your Samsung machine doesn’t go wrong. Purchase Samsung at your peril.

Bought this machine 18 Months ago. Drum stuck, broke down, Called Samsung to book repair after four days called me back thinking it was a dryer. Still not got an engineer booked. This is after two previous calls I made lasting 45 minutes Explaining what was wrong. Very poor Customer support so far. Very disappointed.

Impressed when first arrived, but 2 days later broke down. still awaiting repair 1 week later.

Nice Machine let down by problematic WiFi connection. I have tried many times and was unable to connect to SmartThings.

The instruction manual is poorly illustrated and it was not easy to follow the instructions to use the machine. The control panel is very difficult to read - small characters on a dark grey background. But once I got it going, it did wash and spin very well. Like the little tune it played

Good washing machine. Does what it says on the tin. Quite quiet. The auto dosing system seems to use allot of liquid on the standard setting so it suggest manually lowering it unless you have a heavily spoiled load. Then there's the tune it plays for about 30 seconds when it finishes a programme. HOW ANNOYING I haven't managed to turn it off yet. Have no clue why they felt the need...

Did not really need the automatic dispenser, I spend a lot of time stopping/starting this. Delicates wash leaves delicates sodden. Cannot change from 400 rpm. Do like ability to pop in extra items.
