Great product. Does exactly what it should and weighs your washing to change the length of the wash which saves energy and money in the long run. The handy door is brilliant if you end up dropping any washing on the way as it can be added in when the cycle has already started.

What a great washing machine.

Great washing machine. Took a little while to figure out how it connected to our phones, but once we figured that out it was simple to use. It’s managing to keep up with the amount of washing we have a week with a young family. Love the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Lots of different options for wash settings. We’ve noticed the length of cycle is adjusted for smaller washes. The only negative with this washing machine is it plays a really annoying tune at the end of each cycle that lasts about a minute. However my 2 year old thinks it’s great and dances along to it. We haven’t used the add wash part yet but I’m pretty sure from reading the instructions it can be locked with the child lock.

Very satisfied. Quiet, easy to use, clean design. The smart app for me at least seems more of a gimmick as you can send a programme to the machine but you still need to physically load it which negates the remote control. However a small benefit is that you can see the time left. I wish the standard programmes didnt take quite so long: eco is 2.5 hours. However this something we will just adjust to.

Great product But took hours to change from German to English

Does the job well. I did have bother setting it up because the display was in Norwegian and it took a lot of time to find how to change the menu to English. I was swearing at it A LOT and wishing I'd bought a more basic machine but now that I've sussed it out I'm happy with it.

Very efficient and quiet machine. Rinse is excellent, one of the reasons we went for this model.
