great product once set up.. very quiet machine

Nice quiet machine. Helps if you have a smartthings hub as you integrate into your eco system. But can use Smarthings app if not. Machine is working well, useful not to have to keep putting detergent in all the time with auto dosing. Clothes are coming out clean and smelling good.

Excellent machine. Just gets the job done and does it well. Love the auto dose feature. Smart features are a helpful extra too (although I am still discovering the full range of capabilities)!

Pros Pros Quiet Love the smart app and being able to start the washer from the app. Auto dose works well as washing smells clean Bubble wash is great for dirtier loads. Love the add to feature great for dropped socks etc We like the long Merry tune it plays to tell you it’s finished, like it’s really proud of itself (but you can turn it off). Cons Quickest 9kg load 1400 spin is 1hr17mins which is too long i expected a 30-40 mins max.... there is a quick 15 wash but it’s only for 2Kg which is no good for a family. Wish I’d have gone for 1600 spin as 1400 still feels quite wet at times. Limited instructions which could have given more details of how to set the SmartThings up and could have been better quality paper.

Loving this washing machine, it's quick, informative and quiet. Have the smart function configured and both my phone and TV alert me when a cycle has finished.

It works very quiet, if l can compare with my old washing machine. It hard to feel when start to do spining. Got so many programs, it very useful. Add wash is very helpful.

Excellent service and washes clothes well. Now want the matching items.
