Great product. Good value and easy to use even without reading the manual! Good for family use

Good product, reasonably priced. Like the auto dose feature for softener; I assume the detergent auto dose for liquid / gel works well too but I put gel in the the drum still. Could do with clearer instructions describing panel of machine although I’m probably at fault for skimming instructions! Overall, happy with purchase.

Did not really need the automatic dispenser, I spend a lot of time stopping/starting this. Delicates wash leaves delicates sodden. Cannot change from 400 rpm. Do like ability to pop in extra items.

Bought this to replace a Miele we'd had for years. Wanted an energy saving, environmentally friendly machine. Basically it is 'over the top' with the amount of specific functions and programmes. I can't imagine that I will ever use half most of them. I can't find an 'easy care' programme to wash polyester/cotton items (shirts, sheets etc.) only a synthetic for pure polyester and nylon. The Eco programme says it's for cotton items only and the 'Bedding' function only recommends washing one type of bedding at a time up to 2Kg! The on line manual from Samsung doesn't give enough information on energy and water use for each of the cycles so I don't know which is best. Haven't had it long enough to rate how well it washes on different cycles. On a positive note, it is quiet and the Add wash is useful. In hindsight a more basic machine A rated might have been better.

Great washing machine. There are many programs to choose from and you can also adjust the settings within them to suit your way of washing. I love the fact you can fill the drawer with detergent and conditioner and after the machine has worked out the weight of the load it decided how much it needs and then tells you when it is getting low to refill. The fact that it can connect to an app and tell you the machine has finished is also a bonus so you don’t have to keep going in the check how long it has to go in the wash. Constant countdown to hand wherever you are. The finish song can’t be missed! Certainly heard around the house. My washing smells great again!!! Fab addition to have the little door for the sock that is always on the floor once you start the machine going!!

Great washing machine, easy to operate and don’t have to worry about the detergent. Would give 5 stars but don’t really like the app, a bit complex and could be made simpler

Absolutely brilliant, had read all the reviews and and hoped that it would live up to expectations. What I will say, is that it's exceeded them! The app isn't a gimmick, it works, and works well. It's too early to say about the auto dose, but we poured in about 30 washes worth, we're up to about 25 now and it's not saying it's low, so seems spot on. The clean of washing - quite amazing. I have a old pair of jeans for "jobs". Covered in paint, plaster, filler etc.... These have been through other peoples washing machines as well as our old one, and they always came out, with the usual, paint, filler, plaster marks all over. 1 (Seriously - just 1) wash in this one, and you could hardly see any of the marks there. There was a faded mark where the stains were. I have no doubt, had I not needed them again, another wash would have taken them right out! So glad we went for this one! It's fantastic!

Very good so, would be better if there was a paper instruction book rather than having to find and download from the internet’.
