    False Advertising

Washing machine seems fine - no better than my previous 8yr old Bosch. One star due to false advertising - product states TWO year warranty - not 5 year warranty.

    Machine didn’t work

It didn’t work kept turning itself on & off managed to do a drum clean & that’s able it had to send it back for another washing machine

    No information on warranty cover

The machine is fairly basic and surprisingly quite noisy I am not convinced we made the correct choice We have no instructions on how to register the manufacturers warranty or the alleged 5 year cover

My opinion is above “bad”but below “good “ sign if you know what I mean.

I think machine is little bit to noisy when washing 2kg+. When machine adding water, sounds like every single pour is 50 ml of water, then another 50...and another 50... and another 50ml...saving water is good idea, but come on... Also all start/finish and buttons pressing sounds is little bit funny ?? Small laundry like socks always stuck in the gap below the washing machine doors. But don’t worry-it’s not the worst product in the world ??

    Thumbs down

Not happy with this machine. It has a buzzing noise, noisy when spinning & doesn't spin the clothes very good.

    Value for money

    3/5
Good choice of programmes, value for money with 5yr guarantee a bonus. Machine is not that quiet, noisy when filling with water, can hear it heating up the water, shakes and bangs a bit on some spins. Also some wash powder is left behind in a hard mass in the detergent drawer at times. 9kg load but most programmes only take 4kg. Not as good as my Siemens which lasted 11 years. First time using AO and very pleased with service provided.

    A long term investment

Reasonably happy with this Samsung Ecobubble but a few things to consider before purchase. There is no daily wash function (apart from a 15 minute cycle for a very small load) so if you have a medium/large family with a couple of kids be aware that it's not the quickest at getting a wash done. It takes a lot of trial and error to find the quickest setting for a full load at a standard wash. Best I've found a far is the mixed load setting with two rinses. Also the cotton cycle tends to add on two hours onto a full load after its half way through the cycle. This seems to be thing with modern washing machines to save energy and water but pretty useless if you have to do a large wash in a hurry. With all that said it does a good job of cleaning the clothes and the spin function does a good job of getting the worst of the water out. It also gives your clothes a nice gentle warmth at the end of the spin which is nice on a cold winter evening! The five year warranty is good peace of mind and hopefully the pricier initial cost will work out well in the long term with this warranty.

    Seems good overall. Bit pricey.

Looks: I think the black door could look sleeker. It’s chunky and a bit too bold. Usage: seems good for now, done three washes and all ok. Downside of getting 9kg is I now have to use more washing liquid as it doesn’t smell as fragrant with the previous half cap I used to use. Didn’t think of that before buying. Upgraded size from 7kg to 9kg to do my bed sheets more easily but in hindsight I don’t really need it. Have it in a cupboard in the bathroom and barely hear it the whole cycle. Don’t feel like the 1200 spin is as dry as my previous machines 1200 spin. Installation: easy, did it myself. The delivery men brought it into the house and in the bathroom. Had trouble getting the feet level but only because it’s fitted in a cupboard. Instructions ok and found video on Samsung online. General: turned the tune off straight away as its way too excessive and distracting when working from home.
