Lovely looking washing machine, it even plays a tune when the wash program has finished. Alot quieter than the previous machine and clothes come out clean and alot better spun. Time in the tumble dryer has been reduced due the better spin speed. I haven't used many other programs but will give the quick was a go soon.

Too many long wash programs 3 hours is rediculous

Washing machine was easy to install. Just scan the label and open the YouTube video. Watch it's and washing machine installed in ten mins.since then the washing machine has not stopped. The little melody it plays at the end of the cycle is a pleasant change from the old bleep. Warrenty registered on line easy. So would recommend this to everyone who needs a quiet and nice washing machine. Andy

Brilliant product and easy to install. Lots of great programs too. The waney is nice and quiet when running and I have noticed it spins so well the clothing comes out pretty much dry.

Fabulous washing machine, I bought it to replace my previous Samsung Washing Machine which must have been 8 or 10 years old, it still looked as good as new but obviously had reached the end of its life, I didn’t hesitate about buying another Samsung as I was very satisfied with my old one, I was dubious about learning how to work the instructions out but everything was very clear, I registered my warranty and am now happy that I will have 5 years with no worries about having to pay if something goes wrong which I’m sure it won’t.

Great replacement for our old machine. The Hygiene setting worked wonders on the teenage school shirts and the bubble soak setting seems to works well on stains. Quieter than I expected, especially the spin cycle. Love the little tune it plays when it finishes (you can turn it off if you want)
