Bought in December 2021. Have just had to arrange for a new door seal to be fitted at a huge cost over £120. Very disappointed that this has happened. Machine is only used between 4 and 5 times per week (2 person household, 1 x load bedding, 1 x load towels, 2 loads clothing plus one occasional extra load). Seals are not on the warranty.

It was a great machine for the first 4 months, then the rubber seal on the door has became loose, so the machine now leaks and bangs. I am in touch with Samsung to repair under warranty but the customer service is awful! 2 days for every reply and they want you to self diagnose before they will send anyone out - I can only imagine that is going to take another few weeks. Definitely go with bosh.

Haven't been able to use our washing machine as the rubber was loose from the metal ring and leaking out the from door. Have had to contact Samsung directly, which has been an unpleasant experience. So waiting for an engineer to see to the problem.

Only had a week and can say that it's rubbish at getting rid of stains or cleaning effectively. The positive reviews made us buy it, wish I hadn't, what a waste of money. Our old washing machine was fantastic and on par price wise. Can't return as the amount of money you lose makes it not worth it. Stuck with a washing machine that doesn't clean well despite the claims of the bubble wash which you can only use in a couple of cycles not all. Not worth the money.

I’m singing all the way to the washing line! Wide range of programmes ensures I choose the optimal wash for the load. 15 minute wash ideal for freshening up, hygiene steam perfect to keep us safe from virus’s or bacterial infections. Extra spin cycle giving the option to remove certain items but then spin heavier fabrics! It is quiet! I occasionally have to check I remembered to switch on! It is stylish, not too important but nice anyway. It is simple to use. Clear instructions on wash cycles are in the manual! Useful when you are using it in the early days. It’s my first Samsung Washer! But I think it will be the name I look for when replacing my Tumble drier or Dishwasher. Oops sorry, I have to go! My washer is playing our song! (Yes it plays a tune when it finishes a cycle!). Great product!!

I am a big fan of the Ecobubble technology. It really does make a difference. Even getting deodorant from shirts that normally needs scrubbing. Thus is the first time I have noticed a difference between any make or model. Its good.

Seems like a great product so far. The little tune it plays at the end is a bit of fun in a boring product space. One star off for the door, which seems flimsy and isn't very reassuring in the up and down movement.

We love it! The sensor adjusting wash times based on your load is a game changer!
